Abstract

Pendahukuan : Kasus kekerasan anak termasuk bullying masih banyak terjadi di masyarakat. Banyak faktor yang melatarbelakangi diantaranya kurang pengetahuan dan kurang terampilnya masyarakat untuk peka mengenali atau deteksi dini korban bullying dan bagaimana mengatasi bullying. Belum optimalnya Kerjasama kemitraan antara masyarakat umum, sekolah, dan puskesmas dalam mengatasi bullying anak. Perlu dilakukan program untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada masyarakat untuk lebih peka dan unggul mengatasi bullying. Tujuan program PEDULI (Peka dan Unggul Atasi Bullying) adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan kader dan orangtua dalam deteksi dini korban bullying dan mengatasinya serta meningkatkan jalinan kemitraan antar masyarakat, sekolah, dan puskesmas dalam penanganan kasus bullying anak. Metode : Program PEDULI terdiri dari pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui kegiatan edukasi dan pelatihan masyarakat dengan metode simulasi/roleplay. Kegiatan dilakukan mulai tahap persiapan-monitoring evaluasi. Masyarakat diukur pengetahuan dan keterampilannya dalam deteksi dini bullying dan mengatasinya melalui instrumen dengan pre-post test dan observasi. Sasaran program adalah 46 peserta terdiri dari orang tua dan kader kesehatan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat akan dilaksanakan pada Agustus-Oktober 2023 di RW 34 Paud Ceria, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. Hasil : Nilai rerata pengetahuan tentang bullying saat pretest sebesar 61,13 dan post test 75,47 sedangkan nilai keterampilan saat post test sebesar 77. Kesimpulan : Program PEDULI (Peka dan Unggul Atasi Bullying) dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam deteksi dini dan mengatasi bullying. Kerjasama kemitraan sekolah, masyarakat, institusi pendidikan, dan Puskesmas perlu dioptimalkan dalam pencegahan dan penanganan bullying.

There are many factors related this condition, including lack of knowledge and lack of skills in the community to be sensitive to recognizing or early detection of victims of bullying and how to deal with bullying. Partnership program between the community, schools and community health centers is not yet optimal in overcoming child bullying. Programs need to be carried out to provide education and training to the community to be more sensitive and superior in dealing with bullying. The aim of the PEDULI (Sensitivity and Excellence in Overcoming Bullying) program is to increase the community's knowledge and skills in carrying out early detection of bullying victims and dealing with them as well as improving partnerships between communities, schools and health centers in handling cases of child bullying. Method: The PEDULI program consists of community empowerment through community education and training activities using simulation/roleplay methods. Activities are carried out starting from the preparation-monitoring evaluation stage. The community's knowledge and skills are measured in early detection of bullying and overcoming it through instruments with pre-post tests and observations. The program target is 46 participants consisting of parents and health cadres. Community service activities will be carried out in August-October 2023 at RW 34 Paud Ceria, Mojosongo, Jebres, Surakarta. Result: The average value of knowledge about bullying during the pretest was 61.13 and post test 75.47, while the skills value during the post test was 77. Conclusion: The PEDULI (Sensitive and Superior Overcoming Bullying) program can increase community knowledge and skills in early detection and tackle bullying. Collaboration between schools, communities, educational institutions and community health centers needs to be optimized in preventing and handling bullying.
